Short courses
Our short course program provides medical practice staff with intensive training in a wide range of topics, with a particular focus on people skills, situation management and operational processes. The half and full day courses are presented by experienced industry leaders, and are delivered as interactive workshops with small group sizes to allow for greater participant involvement and enhanced learning outcomes.

Places are limited and will be available to those first registered.
Fees
The fee includes course reference materials. Refreshments are provided for all courses. A light lunch is provided for full day programs.
Payment for short courses can be made by credit card (AMEX, MasterCard or Visa) or by cheque.
Refund Policy
A refund is provided if written notice of the cancellation is received 10 working days prior to the program. Substitutes can be sent if preferred.
Certification
All participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
