Assertively expressing our thoughts and needs in way that demonstrates our respect for others, is an essential skill for building effective relationships.
This is particularly true for the workplace where non-assertive behaviour can negatively impact on confidence levels, satisfaction and performance.
In this course, participants will learn to think and act more assertively and use different patterns of behaviour to more effectively interact with clients, colleagues and within their personal relationships.
