Is your practice ready for the implementation of the new OHS laws?
Duty of Care has expanded to include “Officers”. This includes a person who:

and/or
• has the capacity to affect significantly the financial standing of a business.
Legal obligations are changing and your practice needs to be ready to meet the new legislative requirements. Officers must exercise due diligence to make sure the organisation is compliant with its duties and obligations.
This session is a valuable opportunity to gain some insights into what you need to consider when working towards compliance.
| Content: | • Identify actions you can take to prepare for the changes • Inform you of the new national strategy impacting on OHS • Indicate changes to the current Victorian Legislation and what you need to consider for compliance |
