Disagreements are a normal part of working life as we all know that people won’t agree all the time. However unresolved conflict can cause serious workplace issues and affect the functioning and performance of your team.
It is important that conflict is swiftly acknowledged and managed.
This session will provide you with the skills needed to resolve workplace conflict within your practice.
