High performing staff are the backbone to any successful business. You cannot run a successful business without the right staff. But how do you ensure you appoint and retain the right staff ???

This session will teach you about the employment life cycle – recruitment and induction of new staff, staff appraisals, performance management processes and termination of employment.

• The importance of staff induction and training
• Conducting staff appraisals
• Tools and processes for managing underperforming staff
• Managing resignations and terminations
Locations: AMA House, 293 Royal Parade, Parkville
Fee: $200 for staff of AMA members
$250 for staff of non AMA members
