Even the best medical practice can at times be a stressful place to work. Dealing with unwell people, busy schedules and ever increasing compliance demands are the norm.
Allowing stress to build up over time in you or your staff will prevent your practice from operating productively and efficiently.
This session will assist you to understand how to identify stress in yourself or your colleagues as well as providing you with practical steps to reduce this stress.
