You know how to manage your practice, but do you know how to manage your staff?
As a practice manager you are possibly responsible for managing a number of practice staff. These staff members are going to all be unique individuals with varying strengths and weaknesses. They will also have varying degrees of professional experience. Managing the performance each of these staff members is important as this ensures they are performing as is required in their role.
This session will teach you the important skills required to effectively manage your staff.
