Customer service - understanding your patients as customers (for practice staff)

When working in a medical practice your patients are your customers. Without these customers you have no business. It is therefore vital that all staff who interact with patients understand customers relationships.

This session will teach you how to build and maintain relationships with your customers. You will also learn how to and manage customer complaints to ensure your patients remain your patients!!

Location: AMA House, 293 Royal Parade, Parkville
Fee: $150 for staff of AMA members
$200 for staff of non AMA members
